Our collective impact in 2024-25
We are proud to share our new Impact Report for 2024-25.
Together with our incredible partners and local communities, we've reached over 20,000 residents at highest risk of inactivity – a record for us as an Active Partnership.
As ever, this impact has only been possible thanks to the support from our key funders, who have enabled us to help thousands of residents get active and change their lives. We hope you enjoy watching how our collaborative work has made a difference across the county.
