Active Oxfordshire Impact Report 2021-22

We're delighted to share our new Impact Report for 2021-22 with you.

We have so many highlights to share as we worked with over 85 partners to fight inactivity and tackle inequality. Here's just a few to get started:

  • We launched Move Together alongside district councils and thanks to funding from Oxfordshire County Council, which has now engaged with 900 residents hit hardest by COVID-19, helping them to move more and protect their health and well-being.
  • We supported 4,468 children at greatest risk of inactivity to get active through a range of projects including Holiday Activities & Food Programme, swimming & water safety and Opening School Facilities.
  • We launched Access Sport Oxfordshire, building on the brilliant work of Access Sport in Oxford, to take inclusive sports for children and young people at risk of disadvantage across the whole county
  • 1,600 attendees came to our Leadership Forums, webinars, conferences and workshops - all designed to create a movement of partners dedicated to creating an active, healthy Oxfordshire.
