This section contains information about online resources and toolkits that are here to help provide advice and guidance to individuals and organisations who are making physical activity more accessible to people with a mental health problem.


Oxfordshire Mind's Physical Activity and Mental Health page provides resources, training, case studies and networking opportunities to support those with a mental health problem stay or become more active.


The toolkit is designed to support community groups, services, local providers and peer support groups to embed physical activity to support people affected by mental illness and carers to be active.

Time to Change

This resource aims to help make mainstream sport more open and accessible to people with mental health problems. Although focused on football the principles and information is useful and applicable for any sport or activity delivery.
