What is an Active Mind Network?
A collection of sport, physical activity and mental health organisations who will work together to increase the number of groups in their region who are equipped with the skills to support and engage people with mental health problems in physical activity
Move Consulting now co-ordinate the South East Active Mind Network, to bring together a wide range of organisations and provide people experiencing mental health difficulties with physical activity opportunities to boost their mental health and wellbeing.
Together, they will:
- Collaborate to support and engage people with mental health problems in being active.
- Work together to share best practice, provide new learning and increase partnership working.
